Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).
UK delivery: 3–5 business days (standard) or 1–2 days (express). Free shipping on orders over £100.

International shipping: 5–20 business days depending on location. Customs or import fees may apply.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Please double-check your address — we’re not responsible for delays or returns due to incorrect details.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your 6ixx London gear. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Sale or limited drop items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
To start a return or exchange, email us at sixx_ldn@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange within 5–7 business days.
